INVESTMENT
The goal of this edition is to learn.
We need you to help us improve the program and work towards a bigger and better version next year.
Therefore we offer this year’s program at cost. We estimate the total expense per participant to be around R12 000 for the 4 day program.
*If this amount exceeds your budget, please contact us.
CORE ELEMENTS OF THE PROGRAM
Inspiring content & deep reflection
Sessions on self-awareness, personal values, ambition, impact, dealing with conflict, work–life balance and critical thinking.
Nature & embodiment
Daily morning ritual (yoga, breathwork, tai chi or a walk), nature walks and time in the landscape to let things land in your body, not just your head.
Campfire sessions
Honest evening conversations about your story, struggles and dreams – individually and as a group.
1–1 counselling and coaching
Space to talk through personal questions and difficult decisions with experienced faculty.
Your personal roadmap
A concrete plan for the next 12 months: personal, professional and community goals, plus the first steps to take when you get home.
Our shared mission
As a group you’ll explore: What is our collective mission? What is our contribution to South Africa? What “emerging forces” do we want to nudge in the right direction?
You’ll be invited to answer big questions like:
-
What is my role in my community and in South Africa?
-
What is the dream I have for this country – and what is my part in it?
A clearer sense of who you are and what you stand for.
A stronger sense of agency: the feeling that you can influence your own path and context.
A personal vision and roadmap for the coming year – concrete next steps, not just inspiration.
A network of peer leaders – people who understand your journey and will keep challenging and supporting you.
More confidence and focus in dealing with setbacks, expectations and difficult choices.
A renewed connection to your own role in the future of your country, South Africa.
